Possible hCG Diet Dangers

Do you want to lose weight and you want to know the best diet plan possible in order to do that?

You’ve probably searched the internet for that diet plan and you’ve probably come across the hCG diet.

The hCG diet is one of the most popular diets in the world mainly because of the fact that you can lose as much as 1 to 2 pounds of fat per day.

But the diet is called as such because of its use of a human hormone that is commonly found in the placenta of pregnant women.

That hormone is none other than the human chorionic gonadotropin or hCG. Dr. A.T.W Simeons, the author of the diet, has found out that this magical hormone does wonders for people’s weight given that they eat a calorie restricted diet.

Now, as with all other diet plans out there, the hCG diet has its fair share of negatives and possible dangers.

In this article, I will talk about the possible dangers that the hCG diet brings. And no, it is not as severe as you think but they are so common that I felt the need to impart knowledge about them.

So, without further delay, here are the possible dangers of the hCG diet:

  1. Headaches. When you’re on the hCG diet, getting headaches is a pretty common occurrence. If you’re overweight before you tried the hCG diet, headaches may occur to you because of the fact that you’re going to eat calorie-restricted meals for weeks. Don’t worry, though, because this is just the body’s defense mechanism; your body will get acclimated in the long run.
  2. Itchiness. This is another common occurrence for people who are on the hCG diet and this is usually tied to people who have allergies. The hCG hormone, as common as they may be, tend to induce allergic reactions for some people. Again, this is not a cause for concern as it is just your body’s way of acclimating to the new scheme.
  3. Inflammation. Inflammation while you’re on the hCG diet can occur when you’re using a non-sterile injection. Always make sure to use alcohol pads to severely reduce this problem from occurring. Also, inflamed areas can also induce itchiness. Aside from using alcohol pads, you can ditch hCG shots altogether and just use homeopathic hCG drops instead.
  4. Muscle Cramps. Just recently, I’ve been reading reports of people who are suffering from muscle cramps just a few weeks after they’ve started their hCG diet journeys. After much research, I can definitely say that that is because of muscle atrophy. You see, when you’re on the hCG diet, you are now encouraged to workout mainly because you only have a limited amount of energy. Although you do get energy from the fat-burning process, it is still not encouraged to exercise.

These are the possible and most common hCG diet dangers you may encounter. Do note that you may or may not experience any of these symptoms. It is also possible that you will experience all of them, but if you follow safety guidelines, you should be okay.

Lenovo Vibe X

Lenovo has had its fair share of the mobile phone market. Since their venture into the mobile phone industry, they’ve created phones that people love, not only because they are cheaper, but because they pack a punch as well.

Today, we are going to be talking about the Lenovo Vibe X. This is one of their mid-range phone offerings. Although this mobile phone was released in 2014, it pretty much remains a solid choice even today.

Let’s first talk about the design. The Lenovo Vibe X is a very slim and lightweight phone. It only has a thickness of 6.9mm and it also only weighs 121g. Considering this is a 5-inch phone, Lenovo outdid themselves by bringing you a mobile phone that you can slide in and out of your pocket without worries. In fact, you might want to check the Lenovo Vibe X from time to time to know if it is still there (because, really, this mobile phone is so lightweight).

At the back of the mobile phone lies a matte back cover with a shiny base at the bottom. It is easy to grip the mobile phone because of its curved edges and I don’t really feel it slipping from my grasp.

The power button is separated from the volume rockers as the former is now located on the left side of the phone while the latter is located on the right side. A microSD card slot is also situated just a few millimeters below the volume controls.

At the top lies the 3.5mm headphone jack and the microUSB port (or charging port) is located at its usual place at the bottom of the mobile phone.

The display Lenovo Vibe X is quite good. It has a 5-inch IPS display screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 and a pixel density of 441ppi. It is also made out of Corning Gorilla glass 3, which is a special type of glass architecture that protects your phones from scratches and impacts.

As for the operating system, the Lenovo Vibe X has an Android Kitkat 4.4 as its base and it is also layered with the MiUI interface. The MiUI has been touted as the iPhone copycat because of its semblance to the popular IOS interface. There is no app drawer and all of your apps will populate the home screen.

The Lenovo Vibe X has a 13-megapixel camera and an LED flash that comes with it. The mobile phone’s camera is a little bit lackluster. Although it captures great photos given the right lighting conditions, the colors are a little bit off and it is not as vibrant as that of other mobile phones out there. Still, it is good but not really something to brag about.

Lastly, the Lenovo Vibe X Android mobile phone comes with the MediaTek MTK6589T quad-core processor with 1.5GHz clock speeds, a PowerVR SGX544MP GPU and 2GB of RAM. And, to power all of these things, the phone also comes with a 2,000 MaH battery, which by today’s standards, isn’t a lot.

All of these things accounted for, the Lenovo Vibe X is still a good mid-range phone. Although it severely lacks on the battery and camera department, all of the other features are really good.

The Lenovo Vibe X costs only $320.

Amped Wireless REC10 High Power 600mW Compact Wi-Fi Range Extender

Wi-Fi extenders or Repeaters are always a welcome addition. Why? Because the internet age is here, and the demand for it is ever increasing. But, why do we need Wi-Fi range extenders, even if we already have a fully capable router, you ask?

Well, most modern routers today are very capable of transmitting signals through large distances that spans all the corners of your house. That is the ideal scenario. But, the real world is different; some of our homes and offices are made with concrete and other materials that can inhibit your router’s WiFi range.

Because of that, people experience deadspots in their home or office. Deadspots are zones or areas of your home where your router’s WiFi signals cannot reach. This is really frustrating, I know, because I have deadspots in my house too.

Luckily, there are cheap Wi-Fi range extenders out there that are not only efficient, but is easy to install as well.

The Amped Wireless REC10 Wi-Fi Range Extender is a highly compact, yet very powerful Wi-Fi Range extender. It sports an elegant Wall-plug design, which doesn’t take a lot of space at all.

This extender scans for available WiFi networks and broadcasts them to broaden the scope of your network choices.

As you can see, there is really nothing special about what they’ve said about the product. But, they do highlight some of the REC10’s features. They noted that the REC10 comes equipped with dual 600mW amplifiers that are able to penetrate through those thick walls, thus, eliminating dead spots.

Also, it has a compact design which makes it unobtrusive, and it is also easy to setup as well. It also comes with a 2DBi, high-gain, detachable antenna which can rebroadcast your router’s Wi-Fi signals across larger distances throughout your home or office.

The Amped Wireless REC10 WiFi Range Extender costs at a low price of $53.86. With a 600mW amplifier, a detachable 2DBi antenna, and wall-plug design, this compact Wi-Fi range extender does the job really well for the price.

Choosing the right signal booster

There are several points to consider when choosing the right signal booster for your needs. First thing you need to choose is which network you would like your booster to support. In the UK the Vodafone and O2 networks are on the 900mhz band, and this is one of the most popular, most sites also offer dual band or tri band boosters, meaning you can support more than one mobile phone network, however as you would imagine costs are higher.

Once you have decided on the right booster for your network you will need to consider what kind of area you need covered. Most signal boosters start at 100sqm and go up to either 1000 or 2000sqm. For most houses 100sqm will be fine, but for offices and warehouses you may need something larger.

Finally you should make sure booster includes enough wire to go from the external antenna, to the booster and then from the booster to the internal antenna. You will find most boosters come with 10m of cable to allow you to easily get your kit setup.

R4 3DS flashcart

the R4 flash storage device a necessity in an age where more people are downloading games onto their Nintendo 3DS? Although Nintendo has long since taken action against R4 flash carts and other flash carts, many people still use these storage devices for various reasons.

Behind the R4

R4 flash carts are a type of storage device used for Nintendo DS consoles. These special storage devices are mainly used on the Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSI and the Nintendo DSI XL. However, newer R4 flash carts, such as the R4 3DS, have been made for the Nintendo 3DS.

R4 flash carts are popular for a reason. They can be used to store various games, including SNES games, DS games and homebrew games and applications. The R4 3DS also lets users store R4 3DS games.

It also converts both consoles into a multimedia player. With the use of applications and the existing software, they can watch and listen to different media from their console.

Even though the R4 and the R4 3DS models are remarkable devices, they’re often ‘policed’ by Nintendo themselves. They account for a lot of the piracy associated with the Nintendo DS. While that negative aspect mars the reputation of the R4 and the R4 3DS, it doesn’t mean they’re competent devices.

Buying an R4 3DS

The original R4 marked a change in how savvier gamers gamed on their Nintendo DS consoles. They no longer had to lug around several DS games when they were on the go. Instead, they could carry their games on one device. It was a sound alternative for gamers who wished to have downloadable DS titles during a time where downloadable games were in relative infancy.

R4 3DS and similar R4 devices are best used for homebrew games and applications. They allow people to use ‘third party indie’ applications that they can obtain outside of the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

That raises the question: who should buy the R4 3DS and similar R4 devices?

Well, the people who are most suited for this device are savvier gamers. That means gamers who may already know about the R4 will get more out of using one to supplement their Nintendo DS or Nintendo 3DS.

Casual gamers generally don’t know about R4 3DS and similar models, so they’re usually not the ones using this type of device. Since most R4 3DS and similar devices are only obtainable through their manufacturer websites, it’s still a little tricky for casual consumers to stumble upon them on the market.
